So I needed a clean way to pass my Antenna cable through the slider window into the house. DX Engineering has a Silver Plated Female SecureMount Bulkhead Connector Kit with dual SO-239 connectors. I just needed to cut a piece of wood that could fill the space I needed in the slider, add some weather stripping to seal it to the window frame and the frame of the slider and mount the Bulkhead. Done! Nice easy and clean.

After mounting I used a window lock and a stick to lock the window in place.
