So on Saturday I went to the local ARES meeting and they were discussing DMR and Hotspots. I don’t have a problem with connecting to the DMR repeaters in my area but I do get a little annoyed that I have to kerchunk the channels all the time to keep them active on the repeater past the 15 minute time limit. So I figured that I would order the ZUM Radio ZUMspot Duplex Kit. from HRO and play with that a bit. Should be here tomorrow so stay tuned!
